Payroll Bureau Service is where you provide all the details of the payroll, and we just calculate it for you. We provide all the reports necessary for the post-payroll function, and email you the payslips for you to distribute. You deal with the HMRC and staff queries. This situation is perfect if you have a member of staff that can input all the data into the Portal, but cannot calculate wages themselves. Additional services can be added if required.
What’s included?
- Set up of your company on our system including parallel runs if required
- All Pay frequencies including additional payroll runs
- Providing Spreadsheets for inputting your payroll hours, overtime, bonuses, Pension Contributions, SSP, plus any other payments
- Calculations including pay figures, new starters, leavers etc
- Production of various reports including Full Payment History each run & E-mailed to your designated email contact
- Production payslips & E-mailed for you to print & distribute
- Production of Tax / NI month / quarter ending register advising of payment due to HMRC & E-mailed to you designated email contact
- Producing & E-mailing your Year-End P35, P14’s, P60's for you to submit to HMRC
