Fully Managed Payroll is exactly that, we manage everything from HMRC queries to queries from your staff, calculation of the pay and distribution of the payslips. It's like having an in-house payroll clerk, just serviced from our offices instead.
What’s included?
- Set up of your company on our system including parallel runs if required
- All Pay frequencies including additional payroll runs
- Providing Bespoke Spreadsheets for inputting your payroll hours, overtime, bonuses, Pension Contributions, SSP, plus any other payments
- Data Entry & Calculations including pay figures, new starters, leavers etc
- Production of various reports including Full Payment History each run
- Production of laser printed payslips
- Production of Tax / NI month / quarter ending register advising of payment due to HMRC
- Producing & Filing your Year-End P35, P14’s, P60's and P35 to HMRC
- Dealing with HMRC, DSS, Auditors and employee enquiries
